  1. Eligibility: 
    This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Carter Vintage Guitars, as well as their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. 
  1. Sponsor: 
    The sponsor of this giveaway is Carter Vintage Guitars, located at 606 8th Ave. S., Suite 201, Nashville, TN 37203. 
  1. Agreement to Official Rules: 
    By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. 
  1. Entry Period: 
    The giveaway begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:00pm CT and ends on November 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. 
  1. How to Enter: 
    During the Entry Period, entrants may enter by completing the form at https://info.cartervintage.com/annual-vintage-guitar-giveaway   
  1. Prize: 
    One grand prize winner will receive a 1961 Gibson Les Paul Junior Guitar with an approximate retail value of $7,000. Five second place prize winners will receive a bundle of various Carter Vintage merch and accessories, valued at $100. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 
  1. Winner Selection and Notification: 
    One (1) grand prize winner and five (5) second place winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 3, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the potential winners do not respond within the allotted time, another winner may be selected. 
  1. Odds of Winning: 
    The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 
  1. General Conditions: 
    The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. In such case, the Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received before and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. 
  1. Release and Limitations of Liability: 
    By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize. 
  1. Privacy:

  1. Governing Law: 
    The giveaway and these rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Tennessee. 
  1. Winner’s List: 
    To request a copy of the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Carter Vintage Guitars, 606 8th Ave. S., Suite 201, Nashville, TN 37203. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2025. 
  1. Right to Resell 
    Prizes awarded in this contest are non-transferable and cannot be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the contest sponsor. The grand prize may not be resold within the first two (2) years, and after this period it can only be sold through Carter Vintage on consignment at standard rate and fees. Any attempt to sell or transfer the prize may result in disqualification. The contest sponsor is not responsible for any additional taxes or legal consequences that may result from unauthorized prize resale. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to comply with these restrictions and any applicable state and local regulations regarding the possession, use, and transfer of awarded items.
