This Martin D-18S is a soulful instrument with great vintage appeal. The mahogany back and sides provide a booming body for the Sitka spruce sound board, offering classic Martin low end. The wide nut, thick neck and Indian rosewood fingerboard are easy to grip and move along.
The following repair work has been done: Wetsanding of back and sides due to case lining melting onto finish, neck reset, bridge replacement, replacement pickguard, tuners and pins, 2 repaired side cracks, crunch repair to upper treble bout, and headstock cracks are repaired around tuners.
