Until the dreadnaught shape came out in the 1930s, the most common guitar size was roughly a 00. It was larger than a parlor 0 shape, but compact/portable enough for any cowboy to wield. The volume is most certainly present still at this size; the low-end on it is mind blowing. This particular example was made by the Martin Custom Shop in 2014 with Madagascar Rosewood back and sides. The scalloped braces for the Adirondack top lend to a very large and open sound. With a full dynamic range and comfy shape, a songwriter will love this guitar.
Comes with original hardshell case.
