This 1948 Gibson LG-2 is a fantastic player! Showing signs of natural wear from years of playing, this instrument boasts low action and a warm, woody tone characteristic of Gibson guitars. It plays smoothly with low action thanks to a neck reset, refret, and shimmed original nut. The tuners have been upgraded for better stability, the bridge has been over sprayed for protection, and a strap pin has been added to the heel for added versatility. A factory 2nd stamp on the back of the headstock adds to its authenticity.
