Gibson's J-50s are always such a joy to play, with their dry, rumbly mahogany power, perfect for rhythm playing, and a short scale that makes fingerpicking breezy, too. The "ADJ" means adjustable bridge, giving the player easy control over of the setup. This 1962 model is in really great condition for a guitar this age. This guitar shows signs of wear including some scuffs, dings, and a some finish checking. The most notable spot of wear being between the bridge and pickguard. This guitar has been refretted and sports an added LR Baggs pickup, but otherwise remains in its original condition. The action is set to perfection offering optimal playability. This is a fantastic player from Gibson's golden era!
