There's not much to say about this little one knob, 5-watt Gibson amp from 1959. One thing is clear though upon plugging in - that despite being an entry level amp for the time, this thing is worthy of pairing with a 'Burst Les Paul of the same year. Fender Champs cower in fear at the presence of the mighty '59 Skylark, as their sound to price value is simply unmatched. This amp 100% original, 2 prong cord and all, and will not last long here.
