These Blackface-Era Bassman amps have been gaining popularity over the years, offering a great sounding alternative to the tweed era, at a fraction of the price. An interesting thing to note about this amp is the AA165 circuit type, as the AB165 is the more common design you'll find from mid '65 and beyond. A lot of times the tube chart is mislabeled, but this is in fact a real AA165 circuit, with 2 gain stages instead of 3 on the normal channel.
Many of the stock parts have been swapped for modern equivalents, including all of the original "blue molded" coupling caps. The original wiring has been changed as well, for unknown reasons. Some of the resistors were changed for modern carbon comp types, and others are metal film. Also, someone updated the normal channel tone stack with a Marshall style .022uf/022uf/250pf as opposed to the stock Blackface .1uf/.047uf/250pf. Despite the tone stack and updated parts most of the circuit is stock values, with the exception of one 470k resistor on the Bass channel side changed for a 330k. Please see circuit pictures for further details, as they are part of the disclosure for the amp's condition.
Thankfully it still has that hearty, warm blackface sound!
