It has power and dynamics and a deliberate focused sound that D-18's are famous for. 50's Martin dreadnoughts are fast looked over for prewar era guitars, however this guitar should certainly be in that conversation. The guitar is in good condition with a number of repairs that have done nothing but improve the instrument.
