Built in 2014, this guitar is almost a cross between a slope shoulder dreadnought and an OM. It's a magnificent example of Jean Larrivée and his team's remarkable work.
Made up of the classic combination of Indian rosewood for the back and sides topped with a gorgeous Sitka spruce, these woods were hand-picked by Mr. Larrivée himself. This stunning instrument is anything but ordinary, with a full and well-rounded tone. It's a fantastic all-rounder whether you're a flatpicker or partial to a mellow, fingerstyle approach. One of the most instantly captivating aspects of this instrument is the custom inlay work on the rosette in tandem with the elegant headstock inlay. In the usual Larrivée fashion, the playability of the guitar is absolutely superb with a smooth, comfortable carve all the way through.
This guitar is currently located with the owner in the UK. Overall condition is excellent, save for two small cosmetic dings. One is on the fingerboard binding by second fret, as shown in image, while the second very small ding on the top approximately 130mm from saddle in line with high E string, and 15mm towards bottom edge.
