Gibson's 16" wide, round-shouldered dreadnought, the J-45, was introduced in 1942 and since then it has become one of Gibson's classic models. Nicknamed, "The Workhorse," the J-45 is an unflashy, sweet and simple dreadnought with a very powerful and resonant tone. This J-45 is Gibson's modern take on the classic design featuring walnut back & sides, a slimmer body depth, and wider fingerboard. This guitar comes installed with an LR Baggs active under-saddle piezo pickup. This example is in excellent condition. Includes its original hard shell case
