Blind Guitars was the name chosen by French luthier Virgile Pinon for his workshop, as his goal in building is to honor the great bluesmen of the 1920s and 1930s and the guitars they played. Staying true to that aim, this B-26 is a delightful tribute to the small-bodied guitars of the 1920s. Lightly built of Indian rosewood and Adirondack spruce, with a modern double X-bracing, this guitar may be slight but it doesn't lack for volume and punch. With a short 24-3/4" scale, it's easy-playing and quick to respond, perfect for all types of fingerpicking. But the dynamic range provided by the Adirondack spruce means it has the voice to tackle strumming and light flatpicking, too, making for a versatile accompaniment guitar for old-time, folk, blues, and more. A classic sunburst and elegant vintage-inspired appointments complete the package.
