Beau grew up in Nashville playing in various metal and rock bands. He has 20 years of experience with vintage guitars and has a special love for 1970s Les Paul Customs. Beau was Carter Vintage's first employee, and he handles our pedal business among other sales responsibilities.
Justin NashSales | Shipping Manager
Justin moved to Nashville from Dayton, OH, with the rock band Hotel War. He joined the Carter Vintage sales staff not long after we opened in 2013.
Zack grew up in Nashville's music business as the son of a publishing executive, and the grandson of Silver Screen Cowboy Rex Allen. Zack has also worked as a sound engineer for the past 15 years, and runs a mastering business when not at the shop.
Drew moved to Nashville from Chicago, IL and plays a mean slide guitar. Currently fronting his band The Bedrock and plays with many other acts around Nashville.

Zach grew up in Sparta, TN. In addition to handling sales and IT work at Carter Vintage. He is the man behind Mythos Pedals and helps produce our YouTube videos.
Adam ChowningSales | Vintage Buyer
Adam is a Nashville native and our go-to guy for demos of flat-top guitars and open-back banjos. He and his wife, fiddler Megan Lynch, host a series of acoustic instrument camps from their home just outside of Nashville.
Heather GuthrieFront Desk | Accessories Sales
Heather grew up in Tampa, FL. She has worked on production crews on the road and in Nashville's major concert venues. She's usually on the front counter at Carter Vintage and she also handles our lines of accessories.

A Nashville native, Miles is a recent graduate of University of Tennessee Knoxville. He has helped out part-time since Carter Vintage opened. We welcome him into the full-time fold.

Summer grew up in her father's guitar shop, Contemporary Music Center. She attends Belmont University.
Suzy Newton, a native of Macon, GA, started handling the books for Carter Vintage shortly after we opened in 2013.

Yuki came to the U.S. from Osaka, Japan. She administers our point-of-sale system and keeps Carter Vintage organized at all levels.
Jon RoncolatoPhotographer | Videographer | Web Management
Jon is responsible for the beautiful images of guitars on the Carter Vintage website, as well as the videos that showcase our instruments.
Tom's wide range of experience in the guitar business includes stints with Gibson and Eastman Strings, as well as 17 years of repair work and custom building. Tom also builds his own line of guitars, Stadler guitars.
Dave came to Nashville from Chicago. He has 18 years of repair experience. Dave builds Scale Model Guitars which are seen in the hands of a number of Nashville and national bands.
Gary, aka "The Tonemeister," is an expert at getting the most out of vintage electric guitars and amps. Gary has worked on amps for the best of the best and is our resident guru at making vintage amplifiers sing.
Lindz has been a guitar tech to some of the best in Rock and Roll. Stephen Stills, Heart, and David Bowie are a few of the artist he has worked and toured with. In addition to being an expert repairman Lindz builds the Bonneville Guitars line.
John came to Carter Vintage after retiring as a Col. in the Army. John specializes in guitar setup and repair. In addition to being the worlds greatest attack helicopter pilot, he winds his own line of electric guitar pickups.
Seth attended luthier school in Red Wing, MN, and worked for Gallagher Guitars in Wartrace, TN, before joining the Carter Vintage repair staff in 2016.
Carson RoysterIncoming Repair Coordinator
Carson started working at Carter Vintage while still in high school in Pegram, TN. When she's not organizing the repair shop, she's instructing kids in tae kwon do.
