Selling your instrument
We buy instruments and we also consign them. Our consignment percentage is variable, based on the value of the instrument, among other factors. If repairs are necessary, the repair cost (which will be stated in the contract) will be deducted from the consignor’s share. As a general rule, we do not offer instruments for sale in “as is” condition, i.e, in need of repair. A sample consignment contract is available on request. Contact us here
Buying an instrument
We prefer Cash, Check, or Bank wire. We also accept credit cards from banks in the U.S. and Canada. The buyer will pay shipping cost. All shipments are properly packaged and fully insured for loss or damage.
Every instrument comes with a 48-hour approval period. Any instrument can be returned for a full refund, if the buyer notifies us within 48 hours of receiving the instrument. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
