Inspired by the classic 335-style silhouette, the Collings I-35 showcases the company’s meticulous craftsmanship and attention to what players value most. This semi-hollow model delivers impressive resonance, clarity, and effortless playability—qualities that make it a joy to pick up and play. This 2018 example performs beautifully and features a rich Cherry finish that accentuates the maple’s natural figuring. It does show some wear: typical dings and scratches throughout, notable buckle rash on the back, and the finish on the back of the neck has been removed for a smoother feel. The strap buttons have also been replaced with gold strap locks. The guitar comes with its original hard case.
